We are now seeking for the following professionals as follows :

TOOLING - TOOL MAKER

Requirement ;

• Minimum of 3 years tool room experience as a Tool Maker.
• Education Minimum D-3 in Technical/Engineering oriented and equivalent experience.
• Familiar with ISO/GMP standards.
• English Fluently, computer literate, self-motivated and able to work in team.
• Preferably experience in injection moulding, manufacturing and multinational company.

Understanding & Capable in ;

• Planning and controlling for mould maintaining and repairing on daily basis.
• Support production and guarantee on time availability of tools to ensure continuous production.
• Spare part management and keep on stock.
• Produce written reports and make presantations.
• Review production scheduling to prioritize and direct tooling maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide engineering floor support on production injection moulds for trouble shooting to minimize down time.
• Use data driven approach to tooling counts shots and maintenance history to predictively schedule necessary actions to minimize tooling cost.
• To execute Maintenance & Repair.
• To check mould buy off for customer requirement.

• D1-D4 (Required)

Experience:

• in the same field: 3 years (Required)
