The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.
  • Help maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Support onboarding activities for new team members.
  • Assist in preparing onboarding materials and orientation schedules.
  • Help create positive employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support employee engagement and team-building initiatives.

Learning & Development Support

  • Coordinate internal learning and development activities.
  • Assist in tracking employee training participation and development plans.
  • Support the administration of internal capability-building initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support the preparation of HR reports, trackers, and administrative records.
  • Assist in policy communication and HR process documentation.

People Analytics & Insights

  • Support data collection and reporting related to recruitment, engagement, learning, and workforce development.
  • Assist in preparing HR dashboards and people-related insights.
  • Contribute ideas for improving employee experience and HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary/high school education or equivalent.
