We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Komodo Resort in Sebayur Island, East Nusa Tenggara. In this contract position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and exceeds their expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, and assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolving any guest complaints or issues that may arise during their stay
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local area attractions
• Providing recommendations and assistance to guests to enhance their overall experience
