Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee import and export (EXIM) operations to ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Review and validate shipping and customs documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure proper application of HS classification, incoterms, and customs requirements in all transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., customs brokers, authorities) to ensure smooth clearance processes.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to trade compliance policies and procedures.
• Identify risks and implement improvements to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.
• Support audits and maintain proper documentation records for regulatory and internal review.
• Provide guidance and support to the team on customs regulations and best practices.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customs, import/export, or trade compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, incoterms, and customs processes.
• Good understanding of HS classification and customs documentation requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with trade management systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Certification such as PPJK (Customs Broker License) or equivalent is a plus.
