In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of in-process and final products through rigorous analyses and inspections. You will work to identify ongoing quality issues, prevent production concerns, and propose improvements. The ideal candidate will be familiar with various measuring devices and testing equipment to ensure products meet established specifications and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:

• Prepare chemical formulations based on production demand, ensuring compliance with all required specifications and standards.
• Manage and monitor monomer inventory, ensuring supply continuity and tracking expiration dates.
• Handle chemical waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Perform cleaning of equipment and tools, maintaining cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of equipment/tools to ensure they are ready for use.

What Can You Bring to Alcon:

• Previous experience in a production or chemical formulation role is preferred.
• Familiarity with handling chemicals and safety/environmental regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in following established procedures.
• Ability to work from blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of equipment calibration processes is a plus.
