(I) Production Planning ManagementBased on the factory’s sales order requirements, capacity load, and supply chain delivery cycle, formulate monthly/weekly/daily production plans. • 5 years or more of PMC work experience, with PMC management experience in large-scale manufacturing factories; candidates familiar with consumer electronics production processes (such as assembly, testing, packaging, etc.) are preferred.
• Possess practical experience in complete production scheduling, material requirement analysis, and inventory optimization, and have successful cases of leading the resolution of capacity bottlenecks or material shortage issues.

(V) Language and Communication

• Proficiency in English, which can be used as a working language.
• Possess excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and be able to promote collaboration among different departments (production, procurement, sales) to solve problems; candidates with overseas (especially Southeast Asia) work experience or cross-cultural team management experience are preferred.
