About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you will support Amartha’s digital marketing team in managing and optimizing online advertising performance across multiple platforms. Job Description

• Support day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Assist in generating performance reports and analyzing campaign results to provide actionable insights.
• Maintain and organize marketing data, including tracking links, budgets, and campaign performance documentation.
• Coordinate with external digital agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables are aligned.
• Help monitor data accuracy from various tracking platforms such as MMP tools (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).
• Support administrative tasks related to billing, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and ad platform updates.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Prior experience or strong understanding of Ad Operations (Google, Meta, TikTok) is highly preferred.
