We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Indoor Sales Executive to support the growth of our sales pipeline. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and consistent follow-up on marketing-qualified leads. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling. Proactively identify and engage potential B2B customers, including manufacturers, contractors, and engineering firms, through outbound calls to introduce our industrial solutions and schedule sales appointments.
• Lead Management & Follow-Up. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads, nurturing prospects and supporting their progression through the early stages of the sales process.
• Marketing Support. Work closely with the marketing team by conducting targeted outbound calling campaigns, collecting customer and market insights, and maintaining an up-to-date contact database for future marketing initiatives.
• CRM Administration. Accurately record customer interactions, call activities, and lead progress within the company's CRM platform to ensure reliable sales tracking and pipeline visibility.
• Quotation Preparation & Sales Coordination. Prepare standard product quotations and coordinate with the technical and field sales teams to ensure qualified opportunities are effectively transferred for further engagement.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or indoor sales. Previous exposure to B2B, industrial, or engineering-related industries will be considered an advantage but is not essential.
• Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate confidently and professionally over the phone.
• Resilience & Mindset. A positive, persistent attitude with the ability to handle rejection constructively. Comfortable with cold calling and motivated by achieving measurable sales targets.
• Technical Learning Ability. Capable of quickly understanding industrial products, technical specifications, and application requirements. Comprehensive product training will be provided.
• Computer & CRM Proficiency. Comfortable using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) along with standard Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
