• Manage attendance, leave, permissions, and other employee administration.
• Calculate and process monthly employee salaries and payroll, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions
• Prepare HR documents and human resources-related reports.
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative needs.
• Help maintain a good working relationship between employees and the company.
• Perform other HR-related duties as required by the company.
