  • Coordinate Customer’s Request for Service Personnel. Handling the call out for FST and or WMT job field job description required by customer. Proper documented Call Out prior sending FST. Attend Customers Pre-Spud/DWOB/CWOB/HSE/Technical Support meetings as required and follow up meeting actions assigned by AM Manager. Handling and Coordination with Service Project Team to make sure to well prepare, arrange pre job planning and information needed (ICP/Drawings/permits) for FST to carry out tasks as required.
  • Organize meeting upon request by marketing AM Manager or management with customers as required to strengthen relationship. Coordinate with AM Administrator for travel arrangements for FST’s with Booker and communicate with customers. Communicate with FST’s on a daily basis to monitor operation status.
  • Assist Training Programs coordinated by Training Coordinator as required. Assist / Coordinate logistic of parts / tooling needed for field use as required. Coordination with Engineering Team, QC, AM Mgr to make sure FNC occurred is followed up with report and well communicated with customer until it closed out.
  • Work with AM. Administration to monitor validation of Certificates of all FST prior sending to location as requested by customers. Work with AM Admin to monitor and coordinate PPE requirements with HSE Coordinator Lead the AM Dept. Toolbox Meeting. Creating, maintaining and communicating Contract Expenditure Report internally and externally.
  • Follow up unbilled and Account Receivable. Contract Management and Commercial term within Customer contract. Other tasks as directed by AM Manager.
  • Compliance of all department requirements and procedures in accordance with company standards and or GBPMS and compliance for the API Q2 requirements.

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia You are meant for this job if:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum ten years’ experience in an oilfield service, preferably surface wellhead equipment. Must have a general knowledge of typical inspection processes.
  • Should also be familiar with onshore and offshore operations, inclusive of Installation, work-over and retrieval. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills in order to interact co-workers in a matrixed environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume environment where meeting customer delivery dates demands urgency.
  • Good PC skills a must, including proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications and a functional knowledge of databases such as MS Access and Microsoft Projects.
  • Technical or engineering experience preferred. Having wellhead and xmas tree knowledge, ability to develop and generate quotation/bill of material. Basic knowledge of API 6A; Material class, temperature class and product specification level.
