Job Descriptions
  • Develop and manage the initiative to reduce customer losses (lapses or surrenders).
  • Liaise with related stakeholders such as customer care, the agency, operations, and others to synergize customer activity and customer retention.
  • Review and improve conservation activities to retain customers.
  • Together with the data analytics team, develop customer or activity priorities to optimise retention activity.
  • Prepare regular retention communications for customers and agents.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business or marketing major.
  • 3-5 years experience in insurance industry, especially related to customer engagement and or customer campaign area.
  • Strong selling skills, persuasive and good abilities to translate data into action
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
