Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative at Bintara Solutions Sdn Bhd is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting Bintara’s technology solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Actively source and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and expand the sales pipeline.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to offer relevant solutions from Bintara’s portfolio.
  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and values to prospective clients, building trust and demonstrating Bintara’s value proposition.

3. Sales Process Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with social media for lead generation.
