Job summary:
The role is responsible for delivering professional advice, guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders and PPS on HR related topics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. The role focuses on delivering consistent and high-quality HR service on casework.
Your role:
Provide operational guidance on employee relations matters, including PIPs, absence and sick leave, disciplinary and grievance cases, and investigations, ensuring compliance with local policies and best practices.
Manage and support fair, consistent, and timely case handling in line with local labor laws, internal policies, and organizational standards.
Conduct and support GBP and other employee relations investigations with accurate documentation and appropriate stakeholder collaboration.
Ensure execution of Collective Labor Agreements and consistent labor relations practices, aligned with Unions and/or works councils where applicable.
Monitor compliance with local labor laws and escalate potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
Support engagement and change initiatives by guiding People Leaders on employee feedback, fair treatment, and people-related consideratin
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's degree in People Management, Change Management, HR processes or equivalent (Bachelor of Law is preferred). Combined with strong expertise in employee and labor relations, including hands‑on application of labor law, and internal policies. Preferably in a multinational environment.
Effective at coaching and influencing leaders without formal authority, navigating complex and sensitive people topics with confidence, integrity, and sound judgment.
Business acumen with hands‑on execution, applying People frameworks and policies in a practical and consistent way at site level.
A clear and credible communicator, able to build trust with stakeholders in a regulated and fast‑paced operational environment and work autonomously, manage complexity and ambiguity well, and collaborate effectively within a global People organization.
