Premium Technology Inc. is a supply chain financial software/product development company with headquarters in New York City. We are currently seeking PM Assistant to support Project Manager.

The candidate will play both Business Analyst and PM Assistant roles, and must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (for clients) and English. The major tasks include:

• Project Coordination – Support PM in scheduling, maintaining project plans, and tracking progress.
• Stakeholder Communication – Act as contact point between clients, developers, QA, and vendors; ensure bilingual communication.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis – Conduct workshops/interviews, document requirements, and translate them for the technical team.
• Documentation – Prepare BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and ensure bilingual documentation.
• Process Analysis & Design – Review business processes, propose improvements, and create workflows/diagrams.
• Risk & Issue Tracking – Maintain logs, follow up with owners, and escalate unresolved issues.
• Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support – Support training, prepare user guides, provide hypercare, and collect feedback.

Job Requirement:

• To qualify you must have a Typically requires 2 or more years of experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Experience with creating and maintaining Business Requirement, and Functional Specification Documents
• Proficient with MS Office and UML
• Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
• Knowledge of Java, SQL and HTML, SDLC on web applications and database development, software development life cycle
• Fast learner to understand in-depth application capabilities and functional designs with optimization and efficiencies
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
