• Manage bookings, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Ensure accuracy in guest information and payment details.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely and accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Continuously strive to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality with a customer service orientation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
• Previous experience in the hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
