Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor SMT oversees daily operations of the production floor to ensure that manufacturing goals are met efficiently, safely, and within quality standards. This role is responsible for supervising production staff, managing workflow, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and lead production employees in assigned areas. Monitor daily production output and ensure targets are achieved. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: 3+ years in SMT from (Surface Mount Technology) manufacturing or production environment; 1+ year in a supervisory role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (e.g., ERP systems).
