Telesales StaffJob Description

The Telesales Staff position is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) role based in Jakarta.

As a Telesales Staff, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, promoting the company's products and services, and supporting client acquisition through effective telephone communication and follow-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via telephone using the company's customer database.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through phone calls, chat, or other communication channels to build interest in the company's products and services.
• Provide accurate information, product education, and professional consultation regarding the company's products and services within the futures trading industry.
• Identify prospective clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the client acquisition process.
• Schedule appointments or follow-up consultations with the relevant team when required.
• Respond to client inquiries in a professional, responsive, and customer-oriented manner.

Qualifications
