IT Technician Staff Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in IT networking, IT support or related fields.
• Proficient in hardware and operating system troubleshooting.
• Understand Active Directory Windows/LDAP and NAS system management.
• Good knowledge and have experience in implementation of network hardware (especially Sophos firewall, Ruckus switch, Aruba access point and controller, Hikvision CCTV) & software (e.g., VLAN, SDWAN, VPN, RADIUS) and cabling.
• Eager to learn, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical thinking with problem-solving attitude.

Main Job Description:

• Setup IT Peripheral (PC, Laptop, Printer, CCTV, NAS, switch, router firewall,) PC and notebook management.

• Monitoring and Checking Network (LAN, WAN, VPN) Troubleshooting all IT problem, for examples, but not limited to, PC and printer problem, network peripheral problem, CCTV problem.

• Provide technical support and assistance throughout the organization and its subsidiaries onsite or by remote.
