Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with managers to identify skills and competency gaps within the manufacturing team.
Program Development & Implementation: Design, coordinate, and deliver technical, safety, and leadership training programs tailored to the unique needs of manufacturing staff.
Onboarding: Create an effective onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand company values, policies, and essential job skills.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Monitor training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust programs to enhance learning outcomes and operational performance.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all training complies with industry regulations and promotes a safe work environment.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training progress and employee development.
What Can You Bring to Alcon:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
