Your Role:

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Outreach and Communication:Support the CEO Office Strategic Planner by initiating and managing strategic outreach campaigns to potential product buyers and stakeholders.Prepare customised communication materials, including proposals and presentations, to facilitate effective engagement with prospective partners.
  • Lead Management:Assist in the tracking, categorization, and prioritisation of lead inquiries to ensure timely and effective follow-ups.Develop and maintain a lead management system to analyse conversion rates and improve outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Strategic Research and Analysis:Conduct extensive market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning.Analyze collected data to provide comprehensive reports and recommendations that will guide the strategic initiatives of the CEO Office.Monitor industry news and developments to keep the CEO office informed of relevant changes and potential impacts on the business.
  • Advisory Support:Collaborate with the CEO Office Strategic Planner to prepare strategic planning sessions, including gathering insights, drafting agendas, and summarising key points for discussion.Assist in the preparation of presentations and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and coherence in communication.
  • Project Coordination:Support the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives by coordinating timelines, managing resources, and tracking progress to ensure successful completion.Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration and drive results.
  • Administrative Support:Manage calendar scheduling for strategy meetings and coordinate logistics for presentations and conferences.Maintain and organise confidential documents and files related to strategic initiatives and partnerships.
