Uraian Pekerjaan

• Contact overseas customers through phone calls and/or WhatsApp messages to arrange a phone pickup schedule
• Daily WhatsApp message blast to customers for product education purposes
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle inquiries from customer, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner; follow up to ensure resolution
• English proficiency is a must, Malay Melayu proficiency is preferred

Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Sevice
• Fluency in English
• Experience in handling live chats, emails and calls.
• Background in a startup industry is preferred
• Good skill of communication both verbal and written.
