HR Lead – Full Spectrum (Batam Based)

PT Seaowl Energy Batam is looking for a capable and hands-on HR Lead to manage the full HR function for our Batam operations.

This role will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration, reporting directly to our HR Manager in Singapore.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full HR operations including recruitment and performance management
• Handle payroll processing, BPJS, tax, and statutory submissions
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labour regulations
• Support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate closely with Singapore HQ on HR matters
• Oversee HR administration and general administrative tasks for the Batam office
• Support the setup and establishment of the Batam office, including coordination with vendors and local authorities where required
• Assist with manpower planning, mobilisation, and HR support for project operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws
• 5-8 years of HR Generalist Experience
• Experience managing payroll independently
• Able to work autonomously and multitask effectively
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Detail-oriented and hands-on
• Experience in industrial/project environment is a plus
