Your responsibilities will include:
Processing cash, card, and other approved payment methods accurately

Handling cash securely and following established cash-control procedures
Balancing the cash drawer and completing end-of-shift reconciliation
Reporting and helping resolve payment discrepancies, refunds, or transaction issues
Operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment terminals
Maintaining accurate transaction records and preparing required cashier reports
Coordinating with service teams to confirm bills, orders, and payment details
Responding to guest payment questions politely and professionally
Keeping the cashier area organised and following cash-handling and security procedures
Escalating suspected errors, irregular transactions, or system issues to the appropriate team member
Supporting finance and operations teams with transaction documentation when required
Have experience as a cashier or in a customer-facing hospitality, retail, or service role
