Job title – Quality & Compliance Manager (QA & QC), 1-year Contract

Location – Pasuruan, Indonesia

The Quality & Compliance Manager defines the level of compliance to applicable external and internal quality related regulations like eg. ISO9001, ISO 22000, FAMI-QS, HACCP, GMP+, QS, customer, or dsm-firmenich requirements. He/she ensures that these SOPs are trained, understood, and followed.

Your key responsibilities

• Oversee the site QA/QC activities, which includes but not limited to: testing, sampling and inspection of the raw materials and final product, product release in accordance with internal and external requirements (e.g. ISO, FAMI QS, HACCP, GMP+, customer) and applicable regulations, deviation and CAPA management, Management of Changes, Customer complaints, Recall activities, Documentation Management Systems (DMS), Training.
• Define Site Quality Plan to ensure compliance to Global Quality Plan and ensure adherence to ANH Global targets through establishment of Site KPI metrics to drive Quality Performance.
• Management of Quality and Feed Safety System to ensure compliance to ANH applicable requirements, local regulations and maintenance of applicable certifications.
• Supplier Quality Management, which includes but not limited to: new code request, sample evaluation, supplier audit/assessment, approval, periodic monitoring, and supplier complaints as applicable; management of third-party manufacturers (3PM) including assessment and approval of new 3PMs.
• Audit and Inspection Management, which includes but not limited to: internal audit planning, execution, reporting and coordination of customer / authority audits (end to end).
• Management of Site Quality Budget, Resource Allocation and People Management.

You bring

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in chemistry, Veterinary sciences, Biology, Chemical engineering, or equivalent education
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience as a people manager
• Experience in Quality Management Systems Assessment and implementation of Quality System experience is desirable (SHE / Security / ISO 9001 / FAMI QS /GMP / HACCP)
• Strong knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems in Feed/Food industry.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia; Good communicator with good presentation skills.
• Experience in Quality Management tools such as SAP, EDM, Trackwise is preferred.
