Your ‘day to day’
  • Manage e-banking operations, including granting, modifying, and revoking user access; setting up and maintaining access profiles; and managing workflow configurations within e-banking platforms.
  • Handle bank mandate operations, such as maintaining bank letters, managing bank signatory registries, and reviewing AFP broken limits.
  • Prepare and conduct control reviews for Treasury Middle Office activities.
  • Respond to process-related issues by identifying workarounds and troubleshooting promptly to ensure continuity.
  • Ensure adherence to company controls, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update process documentation, including handbooks, to reflect new or revised procedures.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in daily activities.
  • Participate in project-based assignments and tasks related to high-demand markets.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with other markets or regions to promote continuous improvement.


Who we’re looking for

  • Willing to work for a fixed-term contract - 1 year
  • A university graduate with degree in Finance, Banking, Economics
  • With a proven experience of treasury or related finance, banking area, risk management, internal control, analytical mindset, curiosity and growth mindset
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal. Mandarin language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • Proactive problem-solver with a willingness to take initiative, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Consumer-centric mindset and approach.
  • Embraces continuous improvement and adapts effectively to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Treasury and e-banking systems is a plus.
