Role Overview: The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for building and qualifying a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads through outbound prospecting. This role focuses on research, list building, and multi-channel outreach—primarily via LinkedIn and email—to connect with decision-makers and generate sales-ready opportunities. You will own the lead generation process from prospect identification through initial qualification, working closely with sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Your Impact: Your work directly drives pipeline health and revenue outcomes by ensuring sales teams consistently engage with qualified prospects. Core Responsibilities: Prospect Research & Database Building (30%):
