Hotel Overview: Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a 1,200 square meter ballroom.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the EAM of Rooms, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Ensure all sections are performing up to achieve the goal
  • Conduct team shift briefing to share operational information
  • Share strategical information
  • Provides support to section leaders in delivering smooth operations
  • Monitor performances of all FO section on daily operations
  • Maintain expenses to achieve financial goal
  • Monitor supplies stock and order
  • Plan the expenses to detail following to operational requirement
  • Communicate to purchasing department to follow up on purchase requisition
  • Involved on yearly budget and plan on CAPEX and expenses
  • Build loyalty and relationship with guest
  • Maintain relationship with regular guest by inviting to event such as a GM cocktail
  • Self introduction to first timer guest and offer assistance
  • Ensure guest experience for every guest

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year previous proven supervisory experience
  • Advance level of Opera PMS is an asset
  • Strong guest service orientation and training skills background required
  • Experience with a Hotel loyalty program is an asset
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Self-motivated and energetic
  • Good presentation and influencing skills
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
