(A) Here's the job description for the role:

KEY RESULTS/KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
• Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Click-Through Rate (CTR)
• Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER)
• Client Growth, Satisfaction and Retention

During probation you will be responsible for the following:

• Setup conversion tracking using Google Ads (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc)
• Work with Web Graphic Designers to ensure Google Tag Manager tracking/Google Ads
• Conversion Tracking is properly installed
• Conduct keywords research that are most relevant for clients
• Add negative keywords on a daily basis to ensure ads don't show up for irrelevant keywords
• Optimise all our client's campaigns by in extracting data sets (on what converts and what doesn’t)
• Monitor Client's Ad Budget and ensure that they are exhausted in the most effective and efficient manner
• Report on clients’ stats (Cost Per Lead, Costs Per Consult, Cost of Acquiring A Customer, etc)
• Monitor of clients’ funnels to ensure that it is functioning properly (ie. the website is live, the mobile version works, Ads Accounts Conversions fired tallies with backend data & the forms work)
• Educate Paid Ads best practices to team and client
• Any other ad hoc tasks relating to getting results for the clients

- Excellent Project Management Skills (Good verbal & written communication skills. Well-organised, Strong attention to detail and Process Driven.)

- Bonus / Plus points depends on the following:

• Able to optimize Google Ads for better leads quality and better ROAS for our clients.
• Able to analyze analytics to identify areas of opportunity and utilize conversion rate optimization tactics (i.e. A/B, split-testing, etc.)
• Able to craft and deploy irresistible offers across different industries.
• Experience in launching Ads to the Singapore market
• Excellent understanding of how to use Zapier and Google Sheets (Integration and automation), and/ or email marketing systems (MailChimp or similar)
• Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus, but not necessary
• Prior Digital Marketing Agency experience is a plus, but not necessary

• You are also expected to have a working and stable internet connection
• Be available with a mic setup on your laptop

• This is a role that you can commit to from Monday to Fridays, 9am to 6pm, 5 days a week. (We give upwards of 14 Annual Leaves & 14 Sick Leaves per year to every team member.)
• You will be contactable within during your working hours
• You MUST be present during our daily meeting at 9am sharp
• You are not an agency owner and not providing any freelancing services that are in conflict of interest with the services that Best Marketing Agency offers.
• You have a good working internet connection.
• You are able to present yourself on video calls and turn on your camera to communicate with our team and the client
• You must provide us a self-introduction video, showing your face, before the interview.
