About Us

We are a growing hosting and cloud service provider expanding in the Asia market. We’re seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales & CRM Assistant to join our onsite team in Bandung. You will assist in managing leads, making sales calls, and maintaining CRM accuracy to support our fast-moving sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new leads and prospects provided by the marketing or automation system
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs and recording detailed notes
• Send follow-up messages via WhatsApp, email, or SMS using provided templates
• Assign qualified leads to senior sales reps or technical teams
• Input and update lead details, notes, and progress status in CRM (Zoho or HubSpot)
• Coordinate with marketing to follow up on campaign responses
• Monitor automation tasks and report issues
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, and CRM updates

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & basic English)
• Previous experience in tele sales, call center, or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Quick learner, detail-oriented, and results-driven

Bonus Points (Not Required)

• Background in IT, digital marketing, or hosting is a plus
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business
